1️⃣ Creating a New Account

  1. Click Start Writing Today in the top navigation bar.
  2. If you are not logged in, the registration form will appear.
  3. Fill in the required details:
    • Username (used for login)
    • Real Name
    • Email address
    • Password
  4. Complete the CAPTCHA
  5. Click Send Code to receive a verification code by email.
  6. Enter the verification code to confirm your email.
  7. Click Sign Up to complete registration.
  8. Once registered, you can log in and start writing posts.

2️⃣ Logging In

  1. Click Sign In in the top bar.
  2. Enter your username or email and password.
  3. Click Login.

After logging in:

  • The will opens your dashboard.
  • You can create and manage your posts.

Accessing the Homepage

  • On the HarisLab Hub homepage, a Dashboard button is shown if you are already signed in. Click it to access your dashboard.
  • If you are not signed in, a Sign In button is displayed. Click it, enter your username and password, and then press Login to continue.

3️⃣ Forgot Password (Password Recovery)

If you forget your password:

  1. Click Sign In. from topbar
  2. Click the 'Forgot password?'
  3. Enter your username.
  4. A password reset email will be sent to you.
  5. Open the email and follow the instructions to set a new password.
  6. Return to the site and log in with your new password.

If you forgot your username:

If you cannot remember your username, please contact us for assistance. In your message, briefly provide information that can help us recover your account. For example:

  • If you forgot your username, include the email address connected to your account. This helps us recover your account quickly.
  • If you don’t know which email is connected, don’t worry — provide as much information as possible about your account, such as previous posts, etc.
  • When you fill contact form, In your message, you may include a statement such as: "I forgot my username. Please reset my account password." If you also don’t remember your account email, use another email address in contact form, Email Field where we can reach you.

4️⃣ Logging Out

  1. Go to your dashboard.
  2. Click Logout. which is located at top right
  3. You will be signed out securely.

5️⃣ Writing and Publishing Rules

When creating a new article, please ensure you follow these requirements to ensure approval:

  • Title & Language: Provide a proper title.
  • Content: Include a proper description and ensure the post does not contain bad or prohibited content.
  • Excerpt: You must include an excerpt. This should be a concise summary or the highlights of your whole article.
  • SEO Data: You must add a Meta Description and Keywords (ensure keywords are separated by commas).
  • Categories: Select the most suited Category 1 (Required). Category 2 is optional.
  • URL-only Title: This field should be left blank.

    • Comment options:
  • On/Off: Must be On.
  • Invitation: Customize the text for the comment heading users see in your post, e.g., “Comment”, “Leave a comment…”, or any text you set.

    • MAKE SURE YOUR POST OR ARTICLE FOLLOW THE RULES OTHERWISE YOUR ARTICLE OR POST WILL BE REJECTED

The Submission Process:

  1. Go to your dashboard Start Writing and fill in the editor fields. Follow all the rules as explained above
  2. Click Save. Before Save you also click preview to view how your post or article looks when it publish
  3. Status: Your post status is set to Pending by default.
  4. Moderation: Your post will go to a admin for review. To ensure quality content. Approval typically takes less than an hour.
  5. Notification: Once the admin approves the post, you will receive an email notification confirming your post is live, including a direct link to the article.

6️⃣ Supported Content (HTML Support)

HarisLab Hub supports HTML inside articles for better formatting. You may use:

  • Headings: <h1>, <h2>, <h3>, <h4>, <h5>, <h6>
  • Paragraphs: <p>
  • Links: <a>
  • Bold and italic: <strong>, <em>
  • Lists: <ul>, <ol>, <li>
  • Images: <img>
  • Code blocks: <pre>, <code>
  • Blockquotes: <blockquote>
  • Horizontal rules: <hr>
  • Line breaks: <br>
  • Tables: <table>, <tr>, <td>, <th>
  • Divisions/Containers: <div>
  • Spans: <span>

⚠️ For security reasons:

  • JavaScript is not allowed
  • Inline scripts are filtered
  • Unsafe HTML is removed automatically
